Oil-tolerant Ultrafiltration (UF) Membrane

PolyCera Titan series UF membranes are designed for oily water treatment, due to their oil tolerance of up to 3% oils. PolyCera Titan membranes enable a shorter treatment process, a smaller footprint, and better treatment efficiency. PolyCera Titan membranes have been used in a variety of oily water treatment regimes, e.g., produced water and industrial process condensate.

The PolyCera Membrane offers spiral-wound backwashable ultrafiltration membrane element.

PolyCera Membrane: Its unique physicochemical characteristics, comparable thermal and chemical stability as inorganic ceramic membrane, plus its hydrophilic and oleophobic membrane surface ensure the characteristics of high flux, high rejection, fouling resistance and easy cleaning.

PolyCera Membrane: Its novel corrugated feed channels ensure that the membrane module can bear higher influent suspended solids content, increase the tangential flow and the shearing force to prevent membrane fouling; and reduce the pressure drop by 50%-80% to save energy.
