The advanced produced water treatment project of Jianghan Oilfield adopts PolyCera oil removal ultrafiltration membrane in filtration process. The filtration system is supplied by Jingzhou Mingde Technology Co., Ltd. as complete package and has been commissioned recently. The project is located in the combination station of Jianghan Oil Production Plant, with a treatment capacity of 300m³/d. The influent water is discharged from the existing treatment system of the combination station. Influent water quality: suspended solids content is about 250mg/l, oil content is 15mg/l; The quality of membrane filtrate shall meet the A1 standard (i.e. oil content <5ppm, suspended solids content <1ppm, median diameter of suspended solids <1μm) of Water Quality Standard and Practice for Analysis of Oilfield Injecting Waters in Clastic Reservoirs SY∕T 5329-2012, meeting the oilfield re-injection standard.
